It is smooth and leaves the skin oily enough and not sticky. I'm not sure how it will work for oily skins. It is good for soap free cleaning. But instead of a scope, I already took less of this and it left me with enough lubrication, just a digit of index finger is sufficient to start with then more can be taken.. it works with the direction that is rinse with Luke warm water.... Just a splash and pat dry and applying of toner! I needed to repeat it once more and didn't need the cream immediately! So try it out!
